"Vision World Cup Fun Day"

On Saturday June 25th we held a World cup tournament for children aged 4 to 18, parents were invited to join in too! We had over 10 teams competing which included Brazil, Italy, Spain and England. Each team competed for points over several challenge's, including technical dribbling races, penalty shoot outs, header & kick up competitions. Points were awarded for children in their team strip and good sportsmanship.

The day ended with a finale relay race, this proved to be fairly challenging for some of the parents. Winners were awarded certificates.
Runners up were France, but overall winners of the day were Holland. A fun day was had by all. New players are always welcome at all ages and ability. Please take a look at the rest of our website for more information

"Our special invitation to train at Manchester United"

Vision Juniors were given a special private invitation by Manchester United to a FREE training session at the club training ground at Carrington. The junior clubs record of 22 titles in 4 seasons has been noticed by Manchester Uniteds Academy who invited 22 players and parents for a 3 hour private viewing and training held by the Manchester United staff. This honour is offered to only 6 clubs in the north of England per year. The club is looking to extend this link with Vision by inviting individual players for trials during the coming season.

Many thanks to Manchester United for this unique opportunity.
