Vision U/10 enjoyed a day out the Hemsworth MW JFC 7 a-side summer Gala and capped the day of by winning their age group!
The youngsters played some super football and showed true grit to keep going throughout on a hot day! with each player earning and deserving his winners trophy.
In the semi final Vision beat Hemsworth Terriers 5-0 and this set up a final clash with winter League rivals YMCA. Both teams competed hard and a 0-0 score after ordinary time left a penalty shoot outwhich Vision sealed with Goalkeeper Luke Foster scoring the winning penalty. Other than penalties, scorers on the day were Hinchliffe, Norman and Sagar. The team was Luke Foster, Callum Fletcher, Alex Gradey, Bailey Collington, Tyron Sagar, Elliott Hinchliffe, Lindley Gentles and Adam Norman.
