I supported Tibor whilst Josh was at Vision Academy for 4 years before he signed at Sheffield Wednesday Academy. The technical work, discipline, fitness and team tactics were as good as we are experiencing at a pro club. The advanced level pf coaching at Vision has put Josh in the right frame of mind to compete at this new higher level. 13 was the right age to move on as Tibor suggested as Josh had matured enough physically and mentally under his guidance to handle the move up Tony Eastwood (Dad of Josh)
Brandon and Leon have been coming to Vision for 2 years and in that time they have improved 100%. I personally think the coaching they receive is better than the pro club I have seen. James has played football for 5 years but has really developed all aspects of his game since joining Vision a year ago. He actually stayed at Vision rather than joinin alocal Pro club as I felt he would progress quicker here. The training is a lot tougher than anything he has experienced before but the team benefit from this as winning the League and Cup double last season will testify. Although my son, Jason, played previously, it wasn’t until he started getting coaching from Tibor that he began to progress. More importantly, his general attitude improved both at school and at home which has been brilliant. Owen Williams (Dad of Jason U13 Captain and Player of Year 07-08)
Ryan started training at Vision 5 years ago. He has progressed really well under Tibor’s guidance and coaching. Not only has performance improved but his mental strength has improved really well as he has shown this season when he was faced with asthma problems. Callum has improved his football skills 100%, under the excellent coaching skills from Tibor Craig Fletcher (Dad of Callum U9A League Winners 3 times)
Tyron likes everything at Vision. He joined 4 years ago and has had interest from 7 pro. clubs. His team have won the league every season. There is no one I know could have taken Tyron to the level of football that Tibor has.. Wally and Kelly (parents of Tyron, Player of the Year 3 times)
Baily enjoys every aspects of training at Vision. He thinks Tibor is a fair coach and likes the discipline aspect also Joanne Collington (Mum of Baily U9A League Winner 3 times)

Caden has been training at Vision for 5 years. At times it has been hard but Tibor has been 100% behind the boys Simon (Dad of Caden Wilkinson U10 player League Winner 3 times)
